    Step 7. Completion of the plan set to be reviewed and signed by the owner/client

    Step 8. Submission to HOA/City Planning Department

    Step 9. Planning Department s Approval

    Step 10. Soiled second phase design payment

    Step 11. Arrange and Coordinate with other relative engineers for their plans and calculations (Structural, Energy, M.E.P., Fire Sprinkler, etc.)

    Step 12. Building Department Plan Check Submission (Fire, Health, etc. to be determined based on project scope of work)

    Step 13. Building Department s Approval

    Step 14. Any Other Agencies¹ Approval (Water Company, School District, Sanitation, Waste Management, etc.)

    Step 15. Pulling Permit (By Owner or By Contractor)

    Step 16. Collect Final Design Payment
